What to expect
Developer includes documentation and best-effort replies. Pro includes email support. We do not promise a fixed response time or 24/7 coverage; this address is not an emergency response channel.
Help us investigate
Send the email address on your account, an affected job or run ID, the approximate time and a brief description of what happened. You can describe an error without including the underlying customer data.
Never send passwords, API keys, session cookies, reset links, raw prompts, model outputs or sensitive customer information. We will not ask for your password or secret keys.
Account or data deletion
Email from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify ownership before acting and explain what is being deleted, subscription handling and any information that must be retained. Deletion is handled by support, not an automatic account button. A request alone does not immediately stop billing; you can cancel renewal in Account & billing while we process it.
